Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unopened and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or order confirmation. Supplements are non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at InnerRize@outlook.com with order number and item details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment within 10 business days.
